Returns and Refund Policy


Due to the personal nature of items sold, we cannot accept returns. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right.

If a product is damaged, unusable, or an error has been made, please email us at info@brightessence.co.nz and we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

If you change your mind on an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is cancelled, you may be charged a small fee to cover the non-refundable payment fee incurred from Stripe or Apple Pay or Google Pay. Changing or cancelling an order is not possible after it has shipped.

Privacy Policy


Your privacy is important to us - we do not sell or pass on your information to any third party. All subscription and account information is stored safely by Shopify in compliance with regulations.
